Ericka Moten is passionate about helping executive leaders grow, lead with clarity, and reach their full potential. With 25 years of experience as a federal government executive, she has led and transformed organizations in complex, high-stakes environments, guiding teams through change while delivering measurable results.

As a results-driven executive coach, Ericka provides a confidential, strategic space for leaders to think critically, sharpen decision-making, and align their actions with organizational goals. Her coaching approach is practical, reflective, and focused on sustainable impact.

Ericka is actively involved in the community and is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated. She is also a co-founder and President of Fore! The Culture and is instrumental in leading golf literacy programming for African-American youth across the Washington Metropolitan region.

Ericka is a graduate of Howard University and holds a Certificate in Leadership Coaching for Organizational Performance from American University.
